You can't separate
the business
from the businesswoman.

For the mother who's built something real - and somewhere along the way started hiding behind it.

Sound Familiar?

You built something. It works.
On paper, it's fine…

But somewhere along the way you started coasting. The ambition that was once burning - isn't. There's a next step in the back of your mind, or the pit of your stomach. But it feels risky, unclear, or just perpetually not-quite-yet. There's more to lose now. You're not sure if you're the same person who can take a dream and make it a reality.

  • wait for the right moment - last kid at school, partner settled, things calmer

  • tell yourself you're being greedy. You already have something.

  • keep yourself busy so you don't have to think about what you're not doing

  • let your confidence quietly shrink, without even noticing

The longer you wait, the easier it becomes to settle.
But that's not who you are.
That's not what got you here.

How We Work

The Honesty Hour

90 minutes. Just us. No agenda except the real one.

You'll complete a short piece of pre-work before we meet - just enough to make sure we spend the time on what actually matters. Then we talk. You come in with whatever's sitting in the back of your mind or the pit of your stomach. We find the real thing underneath it.

You leave with clarity on what you actually want, honesty about what's in the way, and one concrete next step. A complete piece of work - not a taster, not a sales call dressed up as something useful.

(Full disclosure: it's called The Honesty Hour but that’s slightly dishonest - you actually get 90 minutes. Apart from that, if you're honest with me, I'll be honest with you).

Investment: £297

The Mother F 'n' Me Partnership

For the mother founder who's done with waiting for the right moment.

Over 12 weeks we'll get honest about what you actually want, what's really in the way, and what the next chapter of your business looks like - built around your real life, not an imaginary one with more time and less noise.

  • get clear on what you actually want - not the inbox version, the real version

  • make decisions you've been circling for months

  • build a plan that fits the life you actually have

  • have someone in your corner who holds your bigger vision when you're buried in the details

This isn't coaching - it's a thinking partnership. Honest, full-picture, practical.

Investment: £900/month
(12 week partnership, including 6 fortnightly  60‑minute sessions, voice note access between calls, and a comprehensive intake conversation to start.)

I can’t tell you how
powerful our conversation
was.

Speaking with Pam moved me into thinking like a business owner again.

It completely changed how I see myself and my business

Why it Matters

The right moment doesn't come. It's created. And every month you wait, it gets slightly easier to convince yourself that fine is enough.

You keep:

  • letting the next chapter stay as a thought rather than a plan

    watching your confidence quietly erode

doing the work but not building toward anything that truly stretches you

modelling "getting through it" to your kids, when you want to model something more

Work with Mother F changes that pattern. You get honest about what you want - and someone in your corner to help you build toward it.

The cost of waiting for the right moment

Hi, I'm Pam - strategist, commercial thinker and mother of two.

I work with mothers who are building businesses alongside family life. Not because it's easy - because they're done giving their best thinking to someone else.

For over a decade, I launched and ran commercially successful products in some of the world's most competitive markets - financial services, maritime, pensions - across four continents. I took ideas from concept to profit. Repeatedly. I was identifying market gaps, validating concepts with real audiences, building the commercial model, writing the positioning and marketing strategy, and leading the strategy that made it all work. I was accountable for the numbers, and I delivered.

Then I became a mother. And everything shifted.

Not because the ambition left me. But because I realised I'd spent years building things that mattered for other people - and I wanted to build something that mattered for me. On my terms. Around my life.

That's Mother F.

The women I work with don't need more ideas - they need clearer decisions. My role is to help you take a step back, look at the big picture, and build your business in a way that works realistically and sustainably alongside family life. I won't tell you what you want to hear if it doesn't serve your goals.

I know how hard this season is. I'm in it too.
